We only accept credit cards. A pre-authorized hold will be placed on the card on file 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Clients are responsible for securing pets in a designated area during the cleaning appointment.
6. Service limitations and disclaimers
We do not guarantee the removal of all stains, particularly those caused by rust, mildew, or hard water build-up.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation of any item or pre-existing conditions.
We are not responsible for damage or loss of items not properly secured.
Our liability for damaged or lost items is limited, as stated in our full terms and conditions.
We may decline to clean certain delicate or antique items if standard cleaning methods pose a risk of damage.
We typically do not lift or move heavy furniture or items.
If construction or renovation work has been done, clients are responsible for ensuring all debris and equipment are removed before our arrival.
7. Damages and claims
Any damage believed to be caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours from the completion of the service.
We reserve the right to repair or replace any damaged item.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from items not properly attached or secured.
